Growing conditions: Grown on the Black Sage Terrance - Sandy loam topsoil on granitic, feldspar sand and gravel subsoils
Winemaking notes: De-stemmed and crushed into 1-ton open top fermenters. Cultured yeast fermentation spiking at 30 C. Maceration for average 26 days Aged for 14 months in 225 L. neutral French barrels after pressing.
